The archive is a gzip stream with more than one member. A release archive must be exactly one gzip member that contains the whole tar.
Why it happens
Archive validation reports this code: the registry on upload, and room hosts
before loading. disko publish always writes a single member. Concatenating
two .gz files, or tools that compress in several independent blocks,
produce more than one member.
