A row uses a trigger, condition or action the Studio does not know, or a row has no trigger.

Rows name vocabulary items by id. An item from a newer Studio, a typo in a project built by hand or through MCP, or a row created without a trigger produces this problem.

Fix

Pick a trigger for the row in the Events page.
Replace the unknown item with one from the vocabulary.
